What is Legal Separation?

When two people separate, it’s often difficult to decide (legal separation) what to do and to decide whether or not to go and see a solicitor. Because people are concerned with the cost involved with solicitors and the stress of the process.

But our role is really to minimize the stress of that process and to help you get through it as quickly and as seamlessly as possible, while also minimizing the stress to you and your family. Often people have a number of children and they’re focused on legal separation in a way that minimizes the impact on the children. You don’t want to expose them to the stress of the separation you want them to continue living a normal life.
