MARK GAME – FOUNDER

Mark Game is the founding partner of the firm and he has a wealth of legal experience in a number of areas.

Mark Game is admitted to practice as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

Prior to establishing Aylward Game Solicitors, Mark Game worked in large specialist national commercial legal practices and as well he was the Senior Legal Counsel for the Queensland Industry Development Corporation (now merged with Suncorp Metway Limited).

Mark Game’s experience encompasses the full range of banking and finance law, Property Law and Conveyancing, Commercial & Business Law, Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Aged Care Facilities as well as Vendor Finance.

His background in banking and finance informs his particular focus on Vendor Finance arrangements and he is one of only a handful of solicitors in Queensland with expertise in that area, (especially in relation to Installment Sale contracts and Lease Options , sometimes called “Rent to Own”, Assumptive Options and Leases, as well as Sandwich Options and Leases.)

Mark Game also holds a Queens Commission as an officer in the Australian Army and gave over 20 years service to the Army Reserve as an Infantry Corp Officer before going inactive in 2001. This experience also assists Mark Game to focus on and adopt a thoroughly practical approach to finding solutions to legal problems.
